reorder pages

I can´t reorder my pages in my drawing.
I know how it´s work, but it seems to be locked. - Where could be this option?
When I open the reorder pages dialog box, only on page is shown - instead of three.

Let me specify the problem a little more:
If I insert a new empty page, it works fine. But no chance on my already edited pages. So something on them is blocking them from the reordering option.

There is more than one way to reorder pages in Visio.

Have you tried clicking on a page tab and dragging that page tab to the order location you desire?
