I have created a Word document that is a collection of test names, description, parameters, etc. with one test per page. Belatedly, I have decided I should put these tests in alphabetical order. Is there a convenient way to swap pages? Calista :-X

Sorry, calista. Best thing you can do is use Outline view.

At the top of each page, even if you delete it later, you should have a heading 1 item. For instance, if you've got Test 1, Test 2, and Test 3...etc., (or whatever the "title" is that you want to sort by) at the top of each page, make them all Heading 1 (if you're NOT otherwise using heading 1). Then go to Outline view, and choose to view only heading 1 (hit the 1 on the outline toolbar). Then, you can click and drag the headings into order.

Other than that, try hitting View-Zoom and choose multiple number of pages, like 6 or 8. It'll be far easier to select pages and cut/paste.

I've been a long time writing this, so others have probably posted by now. dreamboat@nni.com

Can't seem to locate Outline View. According the the Help, there should be an Outline toolbar that I do not have. I looked under Tools/Customize to see about adding it, but I didn't see it there, either. BTW, I have Office 2000. Calista :-X

Calista, the outline view is on the left of the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom. Failing that: VIEW->OUTLINE

Oh, that tiny, little thing! OK, Thanks! Calista :-X
