Hello,
In our website, we provide an online pdf form for clients to enter info. The problem is after clients opened one form (the form will be opened in a new browser window), fill any data, close the form (doesn't matter save the form or not), when you go back to reopen the form. The previously entered data will still be there.
I tried clear cache, tried to set browser to be 'refresh for every visit'. Even I close the browser window and restart a new brower window, it is still there. Any idea ?

Thanks very much

yuli

When you originally created the form, did you have data in those fields, or enter any data in the "default" field under "Options" when creating the form fields?

Thank you wjgrayson,

We don't have data when creating those forms. The data is from client. If client A opens the form the first time, no data there. After client puts any data there, closes the browser, reopen the browser and redownload the form, the data is still there. Those data won't affect client B. Client B gets extra data only if he himself entered some data. I can't get rid of those data for client A until I restart the machine.

Thanks again for your thought.

yuli
