The cutover was going great until my partner decided to renumber the park zones. The default 881,882,883 etc. First he changed from 881 to 201 , then 882 to 202. Worked great. Then realizing the console was numbered for park zone 200 and 201, he renumbered again from 201 to 200 and 202 to 201. It changed the buttons on the console to reflect these changes automatically and the operator positions can park the calls, but no one can pick up the calls from these 200, 201 zones. We changed back to the default 881, 882 and these won't work either. I renumbered again to 400, 401, 402 and they are working again. This is a Legend 7.0 v14.2. PRI if that makes a difference (doubt it). It reminds me of locking up the Paging port on the ol' 6.1. You gotta remove it before assigning it to a line pool or you can't reassign page port to another line port even though you can't see it in programming....or something like that. Can I do a selective default renumber to unlock the 200 and 881 numbers sequences? and no, 887, 886, 885 will not work either although they were not renumbered.

Sounds like your renumbering is off a little.
Print out the park zones, and see what they really are. There's not really much to them, but once you see it on the printout, it will make a lot more sense.

I can't see exactly where to print it from...What heading prints the park zones? I went in to the call park designation screen and pressed inspect and the zones were back to the default like they were programmed, but the default zones will not work anymore. Neither will the 200 range they were reassigned to. 400 range works fine.
Thanks for the replies!

Just do a PRINT ALL.

It takes time, but it is well worth it.....

Print out the operator information to find out the park zones.
