Hi Everyone,

The identity certificate we had for the IP Office Server Edition R11.0 and SBC for the remote IX Workplace app was expiring. We renewed the cert for another year, loaded the cert into the SBC. We converted the same cert to a .pfx using the key and chain to load the cert into the IP Office. When I browse to the FQDN externally I can see the new cert. When I browse to the fqdn internally I can see the new cert. When I browse to the internal IP address of the IP Office I can see then new cert. When I reset the IX workplace application and reload I see the old cert is still installed in the IX Workplace application. I rebooted the IP Office service on the server , I rebooted the IP Office Server , and rebooted the SBC. Does anyone have advise on why the IX workplace app isn't picking up the new cert?

Nevermind all, I figured it out. I just had to also replace the WebRootCA.pem file in the /opt/ipoffice/system/primary folder.
