Renew SSL/Generate CSR 2048 bit key length IIS 6.0

I am attempting to renew a ssl certificate with godaddy and they require a bit length of 2048. When I generate my csr from iis 6.0 there is not option to specify bit lenth and tech help at godaddy informs me that the csr I am attempting to submit is 1024. How do I generate, renew, a csr with a bit length of 2048 from iis 6.0 on a windows 2003 standard, sp2 server?
