I have noticed some problems with rendering. I have a report that a textbox in the title displays just fine in the WEB viewer but when I render it to PDF it disappears.

Any thoughts or other issues with respect to rendering I need to be aware of?

Thanks in advance,

Paul

It has probably been moved off page

Web browsers can handle overlapping objects but excel / PDF cannot. If you have even the tiniest overlap in your objects they can be "re-positioned" quite randomly

Best bet is to check the sizing and placement of the textbox wrt what is around it. It is a common issue because when you copy/paste items in a report, they often paste with slightly different sizes than the original e.g. a textbox with a length of 5cm gets copy/pasted and the new textbox has a length of 5.00128543cm

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.
