Render Problem

Hi, when I put a dense filter like film damage or aged film on a layer and go to render it , it renders it for a few minutes then stops after effects with a warning box saying
"after effects cant continue:sorry, an abnormal condition has been detected"
followed by
"After effects :cannot dispose checked-out cached item"
followed by
"after effect error:cant dispose locked routine"
finaly
"After effects :disposing non-empty cache"
are my filters wonky?

I saw this warning many times, with many plugins, and I think there`s no cure for it. that`s probably some error inside plugin, and obviously many of them are full of it.
