Render foreign language in web-based e-mail

Hey there,
I'm trying to render foreign text in my hotmail window, no joy. I've tried everything, Regional Settings, Tools->Options, and still see a bunch of gibberish.

Any suggestins are appreciated.

What are you rendering, and how are you doing so? HTML character entities? Some other method?

Can you show us what you're trying to render?
