Renaming People

One of our employees left and was replaced. I managed to change the mailbox name and stuff. However, when you hit the key to call that person it still says it's calling the person that left. How do you change that?

The programming steps are as follows:
log on the **config/config
display reads Terminals & sets
there are three "lites" lit on the button appearances of your phone. the two on the right are SHOWG (top) and NEXT (bottom) the single button lit to the left of the NEXT button is the BACK button and the unlit button above the BACK button and to the left of the SHOW button is the HEADING button
press the show button
display reads "show set:___
enter the set you wish to change the name of
press show
display shows Line access
press next
display shows capabilities
press next
display shows Name;
press change soft button
dial/spell the new name (7 characters max)
press next
release the call

Henry are you talking about changing the recorded Name on the flash voicemail? if so The best way I have found to do this is to just go into it

Sys. coor. password (120000 or 1020000 depending on Dn lenth)
then select mailbox
enter the Mailbox # ( I keep all mine the same as the DN )
delete the mailbox making sure you have forwarded all msg's first of course
Then just create a new maibox for the DN and then it will prompt them to record there name in the company directory if that is what you want .

If it is just the Display name on the Phone then the instructions that Jerry gave you will work.
