Renaming Mailboxes in Exchange 2003

I wanted to inquire as to whether or not it is possible to rename mailboxes in Exchange 2003. We have one mailbox in particular that we wanted to rename as Veritas Backup Exec requires a uniquely named mailbox other than the name it was given. Can this be done in Exchange System Manager? Or would it require active directory or some tool that edits mailbox names?

You can change names, you don't use ESM, you do use ADUC.
