renaming folders: possible?

Hello,

is it possible to rename a folder? would be much easier than creating a new folder with same rigths and moving the reports.

Hi,
Renaming is as simple as clicking on folder ( in the CMC ) and, on the properties tab, change the name..
However the ID# is not changed, so unless you use the Folder Name for access and not the ID , you will not see any functional difference..

Not sure what you want to accomplish....
