I have a customer who uses roaming profiles and offline files.
in the weekends he renames his favourates offline, and when he comes to load his profile in the morning it cant find the original link (.url) and causes a permissions error on the file on the server and gives access denied. you can even delete the .url file either as it throws up the same error.
the only resolve is a server reboot.
apart from the obvious answers, is this a common issue? is there a work around?
