Renaming a User

I renamed a user in Console1. The Mailbox ID did not change. How do I change a mailbox ID to match the User ID?

Find the GW user object in ConsoleOne and do a rename also. You will need the GW snapins for ConsoleOne in order to perform the rename.

If u have NWAdmin then try it with that. Change name in there

If you are using GroupWise 6.0 and up, DO NOT use NWAdmin. Use of NWAdmin for GroupWise 6.x administration can corrupt your GroupWise databases.

FarOut is right. You need to find the user object in GroupWise view and right-click it. Choose rename from the popup menu. You'll need the GroupWise snapins to perform this action.
