One of the ladies in our office just got married and changed her last name. I opened Ad and renamed 'brosenberg' to 'bturnbull'. I also added her new email to the Email Addresses tab and set it as the primary. We still want her to receive emails from the old address so I didnt delete it. Only problem is, her old name is showing up in the Outlook directory. How can I change that? Does she need to remove her Exchange account in Outlook and readd it?
