Rename the Domain

I have just finish setting up a new 2003 domain. Only one server is currently running as a DC. There are three other 2003 servers in the domain right know. I want to change the domain name. There are no child domains or anything. What would be easier, reloading the server or renaming the domain?

I would go for renaming rather than a complete rebuild.

But first you need to 'Raise Domain Level'. This used to be called Native Mode

If you do try this method, backup at least the system state first.
