rename something in database 1

hi there, i have a database where i want to change something in one of the cells.. basically there are over 5000 entries and i would like to see if there is a command i can run from the sql query window in cpanel that can rename for example all text like this

RENAME "wak" TO "w"

please help :(
 
thx but didn't work for me maybe i am putting it wrong


UPDATE songs SET song = '[ F ]' WHERE song= '--FEMALE--';

songs is the table and song is the cell within it that contains the text i want to change..

how would i do it then?
