Rename Person does not change name in groups

Hi all,

Using Lotus 5.x. When i use the Request New Name on the Lotus Client, the new name does not change under the groups the user is a member of.

That is because the Request must be dealt with by an Administrator, I believe. At the very minimum, the Request must be approved and then processed by the Admin Process, if I remember correctly.
I think you should contact your Notes Administrator and discuss the issue with him.

Is this done using tell adminp process new/all? If yes, well already did that and it doesn't work.
