Rename Folder in CE 10 without disturbing rights, users etc

In Crystal Enterprise 10, I need the top-level folder currently called ABC REPORTS renamed to QUALITY REPORTS. Will all permissions (access) to the folder and subfolders remains the same, or what steps do I follow so that they remain the same.

Renaming it should preserve everything as the object ID will remain the same.
