Hi all,
I know this might be a real easy one, but I am looking for a definate answer to this question. In my company we like many others have meeting rooms that we use a shared calender to schedule. These calenders are in the public folders directory. How do I rename them? Is it the 'Alias' section under the Exchange general settings? Or do I have to use a VB script?

Its Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003

Thanks in advance.

You should be able to browse the public folders within Outlook and right click and rename them there. Or go through ESM and drill down to the public folders and in the left pane and rename there...but i find the Outlook way easiest.

Meeting rooms can also be done as mailboxes then you can book them in Outlook as a meeting and get an auto response to confirm it has been booked.
