Remving Exchange

I did a disaster recovery install of Exchange on one of my test boxes. I set up a dummy IS on it to do some testing. I need to delete that IS but Exc wouldn't let me do it, so I nuked it in ADSI. Now I need to uninstall Exc on this box but it won't let me, it says that there are mailboxes on this box. In ESM there are no IS's...how do I get Exc off of this box?
