Removing zip tones on auto answer agents

Hello,

I am looking to remove ZIP tones on some but not all auto-answer agents.

I have tried using data-restriction on the station form and set it to 'y' . This works but then prohibits service observe.

Has anyone managed to do this. We are hoping to get VOA without ZIP tone for one call centre, and zip tone only for another.

You might try the command...

change agent loginID "xxxx" and change the Auto Answer to none

You will need to do this for each agent.
