Hi All,

I'm using Crystal XI and I have a formula in a column that subtracts a units time they have spent at a certain location from the time they were sent to that location.

If a unit never arrived to their assigned location, the report returns a zero.

I want to create a formula that averages this time but I do not want to include the rows that have zero's.

Can someone help with a formula that would exclude the rows that have zeros but not surpress that data as I still need the "zero" rows to show.

Thanks for any and all help in advance.

Insert a running total that averages the difference, evaluates using a formula:

{table.field} <> 0

Reset on change of group (if the average is at a group level) or reset never (grand total level).
