I installed one of those superpacks on my PC, and now all video I play has freezes while playing. I removed the pack but the problem remains.

Is there any way to remove all codec except the ones that are installed by default??

Go to Device Manager, click on Sound, Video and Game Controllers, click on Video Codecs, click Properties, and find the offending codecs and delete them.

I tried that, but there are no offending codec being shown.

In Device Manager, View - Show Hidden Devices, then try again.

Andy.
