I have several hundred test users listed in the User Information list of a site. These users do not show up under Manage Users, so I can't delete them that way. Also, these users do not exist in AD any more. How do I remove them from the User Infromation list?

Hello,

when you remove a user from SharePoint under manage users, they will as you have noticed still be listed under view information about site users.

If you go to Site settings, Go to Site Administration, chose View site collection user information. From there you will be able to completely remove the users. NOTE! doing this might cause doucments that have been added by users that have been deleted from the site to be corrupt.

Cheers,
Thomas
