I'll keep it short.
I added an AD user, then I aliased the user under the Guest account. The user no longer exists in the AD group, now guests users can't get in because the server is looking for the removed user.
You don't say which software you're using...I'm not sure about CE, but in BO XI, you'll log in to the Central Management Console (CMC) and select "Users". Click on Guest, go to the bottom of the page, check the alias you want to remove, and click on "Delete Alias".

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.
Those are the steps I've attempted to take. However, when I click on the guest account to view it's properties, it errors giving the message that it can't find or validate the the removed user is valid....which he isn't.
So I can't even get into the guest account to remove the alias.
Do you write programs? You may have to write a program with the SDK to do this. If you don't program, you can contact me offline by going to my website. I may be able to help.
