Can someone help me. One of the past tech's installed a screensaver logo on 3300. It is Mitel with date and time. I have tried to reinstall a new one via Ingenius software...made new logo upload it with App builder....sent it to the Mitel however it will not overwrite the existing Mitel logo. How do I uninstall the Mitel logo if I don't have the Ingenious App that uploaded it? I assume I could remove it by removing with FTP? Any help would be appreciated.
