Removing uncontactable Windows AD Domain from Forest

Hi,

I have a Child domain in my forest and a domain within my forest which is now not contactable due to the removal of the Link in between them, how do i remove the Site details from my current AD.

Top of my head I can only think of using NTDSUTIL - should do the trick. Also try removing the link regarding the trusts.
