Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how to remove Hunt Group membership from and extension so that I can delete the extension. All I get is extension still tied.

I am on an old ISDX and 90% migrated to an VOIP solution.

RHG xx yy n

Remove Hunt Group member xx= hunt group number yy index within that group followed by n to remove

use LEX followed by extn number to find out what hunt group the extn is in, then use LHG followed by hunt group number to list the hunt group and find the index number of the extn.

hope this helps, post here for further assistance.

If the old iSDX also has voicemail then that will also show as the extension as tied.

Use the command

LIVU xxxx

where xxx is the extension number to check if they are an IVM (voicemail) user. If so then use the command

RIVU xxxx n

to remove the voicemail tie.
