When a user is on a call and a caller is put into their voice mail, there is a tone that the user hears notifying them a call is in their voice mail...is there a way to remove this tone? I've looked through all the settings in the call pilot and the BCM and couldn't find anything.

In mailbox admin press 2 ( CFWD ) change to yes.
