Removing the (,) comma 1

Hi Group,
I have customized a group name.
It consists of a number field and a string field.
eg. I have employee Number and Name
123456Employee1
My problem is I am getting a comma (,)
123,456Employee1

How can I remove the (,)????

Right click the number field, hit Format, Customise, and uncheck the thousands seperator.

Is the field a concatenation of two fields? If it is, try this: totext({your number field},0,"&quot+{your other field}

I had tried by removing the Thousands separator but it didn't work.
But by using totext({your number field},0,"&quot I could remove the (,).
