I have some pages where there are cell borders or gaps or spacing I can't remove
Using borders=0 doesn't do it

Yet some of my pages I managed to get the tables to display without borders
These two pages are how I want to do all the tables.

This page is an example of the borders I can't remove

What is causing this?

Have you overridden all the browser default settings? What you see as borders look more like the background showing between table cells, suggesting that you have not zeroed defaults. Google for 'override browser defaults' to understand the problem, and to see how to avoid it.

You might consider using a modern CSS/div based layout rather than the 1990s table layout that you are using, and you should always validate your pages, as invalid code will frequently cause layout problems to be exacerbated.
