Hi guys:
I have been working on 28 Dell PC's using Poledit and Tweakui to set restrictions on them. I have accomplished everything except the "FIND" on the start menu. In Win95 machines I can remove "FIND" from the start menu and the "F3" shortcut key was accessible. In Win98 when I Poledit and remove "FIND" from the start menu it also removes the shortcut. Does anybody know of a way other than calling Microsoft to remove it from the start menu but keep the F3 shortcut.

Thanks

I believe this is what you are looking for:
Find or create the key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Create a value called NoFind. Set the data type to REG_DWORD. Set the data to 1.

Hope this helps.
