Removing Prolaint 5000R From Rack (Stuck Help!!)

I am moving 6 servers today and need to remove a compaq Prolaint 5000R and it will not come out of the rack it appears stuck. I have never needed to unrack this before and cannot get it out. We are moving the racks in 4 hours and I need to get the unit out.

Any one have any help removing this unit from a rack?
