Removing products from a category

I've been working with Miva 2 and finally upgraded. I love it but I haven't been able to find out how to remove a product from the category it currently resides in without deleting it and re-entering it. In the previous version, it had a button that said "Remove from [category]". I would appreciate any help, even though I know the solution must be simple, it's really irking me.

Go to the Category in which the product resides (and you want to remove it from). Click Products, Assigned, then scroll down to find the subject product; clear the checkbox and hit Update.
