Removing Print Drivers from Servers

I am in the process of cleaning up print drivers from a server that supports multiple network printers. I am working on a Windows NT 4 server.

Can anyone provide me with some advice on removing older print drivers so they can be replaced?

While I have found new print drivers that have solved some problems I have not been able to get it to replace the older driver currently on the system.

Also I know that I will need to remove the driver from the workstation. Will that be as simple as removing and re-adding the printer?

Your assistance is appreciated.
