Removing Phone Manager Preferences and all related files 1

What files need to be deleted to get a computer clean of all the Phone Manager files. I have rmoved it via Control Panel as well as deleted the HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Avaya folder and when I reinstall it still has the old settings such as Audiocodec, extentension name, extension number...

I need to get a clean removal and a fresh install. Can anyone suggest what else needs removed?

find the avaya folder in the my documents folder and delete it.
