I have an ext 7814 which is a DID; how can I remove this ext as a night service operator position? This is the only reason I can think of for this extension not going to voicemail. Any input would be appreciated...

in SPM go to SYS Program..F1
START........F5
NIGHTSRVCE...F10
GROUP ASSIGN.F1
EXTENSIONS...F1
ENTER NS ATTENDNT NUM...(ie:7800)
ENTER

THE STATION OR STATIONS PROGRAMMED TO RING AT THE
SAME TIME AS THIS OPERATOR WILL SHOW UP IN THIS SCREEN.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DELETE STA 7814 AT THIS TIME.

If you are saying that it is an OPERATOR POSITION, then the process is a bit different than described.

Sys Prog > Start/Exit > Operator > Positions > DLC > 7814 > Delete > STORE ALL.

Now, the system has to be IDLE (no one on the phone) to do this.

Let us know if that works out.

MM..I agree with what your saying...I realized later that maybe 7814 is programmed as console..I should have asked more questions about the station.
