Removing Multiline Voicemail Button on 53xx 1

Hey guys Im fairly new to the system but I havent ran into this yet. I have a shared sales VM box for all my sales guys. SO basically I have an MWI setup for my sales Multicall line. One of them asked me to remove this today. When I try to remove the MWI for the Multicall, I keep getting an error saying "This line is in use". Does anyone know whats happenening here? Thanks in advance.

The problem is there is a message waiting in the mailbox and so the MWI lamp is on. (hence the line is seen as in-use).

There's another way to do this, but since you say you're a little new at this just clear the message(s) out of the mailbox to get the lamp to turn off THEN you will be able to delete it.
