Removing messages from call pilot

Is there a way to remove voicemail messages for a user thru call pilot?

delete the mailbox

When deleting wasn't as easy as one would hope, I had a *.WAV file we played into the handset that did 7-6-2 a hundred times (or as many times as was needed)

I know, but when the subscriber said "if you can't do it without deleting my greeting, I'll just hire a temp to press 762". He could do it too - a many $million/month producer. So, you pick your battles.
