i have a customer who leases space to another person. they have 15 lines coming in but the new tennant only needs/wants the last 4 lines. His lines ring in on the sys-acc and they dont want that. I looked in pool 70 and they are not there. is there somewhere else to look?

Thanks,

Chris

I would do a "Trunk Information General" print, and see if those lines are possibly in another pool. Good place to start anyways.

I printed the general trunk info and this is what I got.

Well, since the last 4 lines are not in a pool, assign them to the tenant as "private lines", one line to a button. But also lower the FRL of the tenant's phones to 1 so that they can't dial 9 and a telephone number on an SA button. Might also want to set the auto line select to pick the lines instead of the SA buttons first.

Does the sytem have MOH or overhead paging. If so what line ports are they using.
