Removing Hacktool.Keygen.151552 with NAV 2006

I recently installed NAV Internet Security 2006 and after a scan it has reported I have Hacktool.Keygen.151552. It does not give me an option to remove it, only to 'Review' it and sends me to This appears to have removal instructions but actually does not as the file to be deleted is not shown. Following a scan in safe mode and updating definations, it is still there.

Any advice greatly appreciated on removing this thanks
