I USE A DTS PACKAGE TO IMPORT A .CSV FILE INTO A TABLE. ONE OF THE COLUMNS IS AN AMOUNT COLUMN. I WAS WONDERING HOW I CAN REMOVE THE DOLLAR SIGN ($) FROM THAT COLUMN DURING THE IMPORT.

could do an update when the import is finished

Code:
UPDATE YOURTABLE
SET YOURFIELD = replace(YOURFIELD,'$','')
