Removing Exchange2000

I have moved all users mailbox's from one Mailbox Store to another and there are only the three system entries left if I check the 'Mailboxs' area under the 'Mailbox Store'.

However, I can't remove Exchange as it claims 'users' still have a mailbox within the store, which is not true.

I think there is a public folder somewhere located on the message store in question, but can't find it.

Does anyone know how to find out what is still assiciated to a message store even though there are no users?!!?
