Removing Duplicates in Excel..

Hello. I have a master list of software programs in Column A. We are trying to find unique programs by taking a list of programs from a machine and pasting them into B. The problem is, we then have to manually scan through the list. I want to be able to remove all of the duplicates from column B that match column A. I've tried the Remove Duplicates button but it removes all of them and not just the ones from Column B.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

In Excel 97-2003, use Advance Filter to get a UNIQUE list

In Excel 2007+ use Data > Remove duplicates.
