Removing Dial by name entries

Hello

This forum looks the closest to what I need. I am running Avaya System Administration (ver 3.1.13)(yes, I know, ancient stuff) and Call Attendant (ver 3.3.10) and have several people who have left the company, voice answering selections in the Dial by Name selection. Can anyone tell me how to delete these, so that they are no longer offered when a person uses Dial by Name?

dial by name is in the voicemail system. Delete the voicemail accounts.
