My date field in my access database is currently in this format: 2001/01/01. Is there a way to convert it to 20010101 without the separators.

Thanks again for your help.

will,

You do realize that this is ONLY a Display thing. Date/Time values are just NUMBERS, like right now in North Texas the Date/Time value is 39946.21673, which can be FORMATTED any number of ways, like 5/13/2009 5:12 or 20090513.

But the VALUE is still 39946.21673.
