Removing CWS Hijacker

My system IE is infected with CWS Hijacker
Can u suggest any idea to remove it
I have removed the item from
hkey_clsses_root\protocols\filter\text\html
Still its not working
Whenver I reboot and invoke IE same page is displayed.

Some other virus/antispy were removed using the new BETA
toolbar of yahoo which is available in
http:\\beta.tools.yahoo.com

SpyBot
Ad-aware
Hijack This?

At last CWSShedder seems fixed it
