I have a report that list all members in my company. It list the pesonal within departments. However, some people are not in a department and their name shows up in the begining of the report. I want to remove all personal that do not belong to a department. Any ideas?

removing cetain data from report

Add a record selection formula of
NOT (IsNull({dept}) OR {dept}=""
Alternatively, join to the Department Table. If you are already joined to the Department table, make sure the join is a regular rather than outer join.
