Removing canned messages from Modular Messaging system

Hi, hoping someone can help me with the following. We have numerous clients that we set mailbox numbers up for. We have one that has been setup in Spanish. Personal greeting has been recorded in Spanish. AFTER the greeting, the canned message plays 'at the tone, please record your message....... in ENGLISH
Is there a way to remove this?
